The Rebund department targets high-potential SMEs/ISEs with solid fundamentals. It aims to accompanying them in key structuring steps of their development and create sustainable value locally. The teams work on rebound issues following short-term cyclical issues, growth acceleration (organic and external growth), and transmission. Organised in partnership with regional governments, these funds have local presence and enjoy geographic proximity and availability to accompany portfolio company on a day-to-day basis.

Created on the initiative of the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the Fonds Souverain Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is the outcome of a private-public partnership that brings together the market’s key economic players (Bpifrance, Groupe Crédit Agricole, Groupe Caisse d’Epargne, BP AURA, Groupama, Apicil, l’Auxiliaire, SNF, Medef, UIMM…). It accompanies SMEs/ISEs in the key phases of their transformation, in particular accelerating the development of companies with significant strategic implications for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, and securing rebounds for high potential companies. This local fund aims to accompany around forty SMEs/ISEs and small enterprises.

Reboost, created with the support of the Région Hauts-de-France and Bpifrance, is a fund driven by key regional economic players (banks, mutual insurance companies, and professional organisations and syndicates). It accompanies SMEs with high potential for development and solid fundamentals. The team is capable of dealing with securing rebounds following short-team cyclical difficulties as well as accelerating development plans (through organic or external growth).
