We create the most value when we’re at the heart of the action. It is with this target in mind that we created the Operating Team to accelerate the development of our portfolio companies in order to reach the common goals set when we invested in their capital.

Alongside the investment teams, the Operating Team deals with subjects as vast as digital transformation, governance, employer brand, performance optimisation, external growth, and international development projects. Furthermore, Environmental & Social Responsibility issues are a major challenge to which we pay particular attention.
