The primary aim of La Ruche (or the Food Assembly outside of France) is to connect local producers with local consumers. While supporting their immediate neighbourhood by making sure supply is met by demand, the company also makes sure fresh food finds its way to end consumers, even those living in the heart of big cities. Every week, consumers can order what they need and a Ruche (a beehive) is put together for producers and customers to exchange the agreed-upon products but also thoughts, ideas and laughs.
